Mark and Tina Smith of Norwalk announce the engagement of their daughter, Stephanie Smith of Norwalk, to Adam Towers of Norwalk, son of Ross Towers and Helen Finch of Sydney, Australia. The future bride graduated from Brien McMahon High School. She received a bachelor of arts degree from Bucknell University. She is the director of operations for Laura Davidson Public Relations. The future groom was educated in Australia. He is a risk manager with American Express. An Oct. 2 wedding is planned.
