Two shot outside city hotel

STAMFORD -- Stamford police say they're looking for suspects in the shootings of two men outside a city hotel over the weekend.

Police say both men are expected to survive. Their names haven't been released.

Capt. Richard Conklin says the men had visited friends at the La Quinta Inn & Suites on Harvard Avenue and were in the parking lot getting into their car when several gunshots were fired early Sunday morning.

Conklin says one man was shot in the leg and the other was shot in the wrist, and they drove themselves to Stamford Hospital. Both were treated there and released.

Police say the motive isn't clear. No arrests have been made.
