Gov. M. Jodi Rell issues the following official statement honoring UConn School of Business Professor Katherine Pancak

On behalf of the State of Connecticut, I, M. Jodi Rell, Governor, take great pleasure in congratulating Professor Katherine Pancak UConn School of Business on the occasion of her receiving the Instructor of the Year Award presented by the Real Estate Educators Association. This honor is a true testament to her dedication, commitment and tireless efforts to raise the standards of excellence in State of Connecticut. Professor Pancak has made significant contributions to the field of real estate instruction on a local, state and national level. She has shared her expertise, vision and compassion for others, not only with her students and colleagues, but also with the community-at-large. This occasion offers us the opportunity to thank Professor Pancak for her generous contributions to the University of Connecticut and her service to the State of Connecticut. Her tenure has reflected the highest standards of professionalism. In that time, she has proven to be a model citizen, highly regarded by the students she has served, and well respected by her peers. Therefore, I, M. Jodi Rell, Governor of the State of Connecticut, do hereby convey honor and recognition upon Professor Katherine Pancak in the State of Connecticut.
